Did you ever want to contact management about an observed problem or concern? Were there times you would have preferred to do so anonymously? Managers, ask yourselves: Do I want to find out about potential problems before they become real trouble?

There is growing understanding that to encourage the reporting of problem areas and safety-related issues by all employees, a business climate must exist in which identifying and correcting problems takes precedence over assigning blame. To address concerns workers may have about reporting observed problems, users can submit Event Reports anonymously.

It is up to management to decide whether or not to utilize the anonymous reporting feature, or whether to continue it. To allow anonymous reporting, the Account Administrator at your company must select that option on the Registration form. (Use the "Edit Users" link if already registered.) A Company ID and unique password are created, and should be made available to all company employees. Anonymous Users can only initiate Event Reports; they have no User Level authorization.

NOTE: An employee does not have to be registered to use Anonymous Event Reporting. They only need the Company ID, Anonymous User password, and any Internet-connected computer.
